I'm Julie, your French tutor for English and Italian speakers

Coming from the French Riviera, I’ve already taught more than one hundred students in a prestigious English boarding school in the United Kingdom and online as a private tutor.

I previously worked in other fields such as research in History at university and in the military, journalism, and writing.

As a lifelong learner myself, I understand the excitement, the doubts, and the little victories that come with discovering something new.

I have a Master Degree in French History (University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne)

I studied Italian (University of Nice Côte d’Azur)

And French Literature (Lycée Masséna, Nice)

My past experience offers an incredible enrichment and influences my way of teaching French. That’s why a lesson can be very complete, with grammar points, spellings and conjugation, as well as cultural information about France and the French-speaking world.

I am always accompanied by my guide dog. Quiet and extremely sociable, he contributes to the pleasant atmosphere you will find in your French lesson.
